Important Announcement Regarding the Future of Today’s Catholic Teacher Magazine

Dear Today’s Catholic Teacher Reader,

We are proud of the significant contribution Today’s Catholic Teacher has made to Catholic education since its founding 50 years ago, growing to become one of the leading resources for teachers in the United States. We hope that as a magazine exclusively published for Catholic school teachers and administrators, it has contributed to help you succeed in the classroom.

Despite the fact that Today’s Catholic Teacher has always been supported by a loyal and engaged readership, it has faced many of the same challenges that other magazines and newspapers across the country have experienced. And after careful consideration of all possible options for the future, the decision was made to suspend publication after the Summer 2020 issue.

Today, we are happy to announce that you and all our readers and subscribers will be able to continue to receive information in the realm of Catholic education through The Catechetical Review. This means that any remaining issues of Today’s Catholic Teacher owed to you will be replaced with copies of The Catechetical Review (and much more, as you can see on the other side of this letter) starting the with Fall 2020 issue. The staff at The Catechetical Review will now manage your subscription.

We are confident that The Catechetical Review will provide you with the same timely and high-quality Catholic education content you’ve experienced with Today’s Catholic Teacher, and I am glad to introduce you to Colleen D. Rainone, Director of Publications at Franciscan University of Steubenville. If you have any comment or concerns, please send her an email at [email protected] or call 866-538-7426 or mail her at the address on the reverse side of this page.

School administrative staff and teachers are truly heroes in this pandemic. More than ever, we want to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation for all of your hard work and commitment in continuing to spread the truth of our Catholic faith.

Thank you, again, for your loyalty. We pray that you remain safe and well.
