Code of Canon Law for Catechists: When & Where Baptism should be Celebrated

He possesses a Licentiate in Canon Law from the Gregorian University, Rome, and an MA from the Faculty of Law, University of LImerick, Ireland. He is an adjunct Professor of Pastoral Theology in the School of Theology, Seton Hall University, New Jersey, USA.
